The studio is located on the second floor of the Sutton Place building at 7370 Manchester Road. The main door is located to the left of the entrance to The Post. After climbing a flight of stairs, the studio entrance is located on the far end of the hallway on the right hand side, Suite 221.

A free parking lot is available behind the building on Marietta, as well as on Manchester Road.

For your first session it is generally recommended to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to accommodate for filling out your initial intake form, which includes the necessary information I need as a Licensed Massage Therapist to best work with you.

As soon as you know that you may be running late, please contact me so we can schedule and accommodate accordingly.

Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. As a first time client, you will fill out an intake form and we will discuss what you’re looking to get from that session. Each session is specific to your needs at that time, and we will always check in before each massage.

You are always welcome to ask any questions whether it is your first session ever, your first session with me, or you’ve been receiving massages for years.

It is important to stay hydrated after a massage. Water will be available to you at the studio, and it is recommended you continue to drink water as the day goes on. At this time you can also rebook. I am able to recommend stretches or exercises for overall wellness.
